CALGARY, Alberta (May 4, 2017) – TransAlta Renewables Inc. (“TransAlta Renewables” or the “Company”) (TSX: RNW) held its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on May 4, 2017 in Calgary, Alberta. A total of 209,503,157 Common Shares and Class B Shares, representing 83.73% of the shares outstanding, were represented in person and by proxy at the meeting.
