CALGARY, Alberta (April 25, 2019) – TransAlta Renewables Inc. (“TransAlta Renewables” or the “Company”) (TSX: RNW) held its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on April 25, 2019 in Calgary, Alberta. A total of 205,073,469 Common Shares, representing 77.72% of the shares outstanding, were represented in person and by proxy at the meeting.
